The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of our detached house, has its own entrance and has been newly renovated. The entire apartment is yours – with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and hallway.

The living room with its large corner sofa is the place for the evening: cable TV, board games and puzzles are ready for you. The sofa bed sleeps two more – so up to four guests fit comfortably.

Cook in a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Meals are served right next to it at the upholstered corner bench.

The Achhorner family
Our house is about a ten-minute walk from the centre of Kössen. On the generous terrace you can enjoy the sun all day long, and in the garden a swing and a trampoline are waiting for the children.
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance – you come and go as you please. Your car is sheltered in the carport right beside the house.
Whenever you need something, we are there for you – in person, by phone or by email. We speak German and English.

Yes. Your car is parked free of charge in the carport right beside the house – no reservation needed. Especially pleasant in winter: no clearing snow, no scraping ice.
Children of all ages are welcome. The apartment is on the ground floor, there is a swing and a trampoline in the garden, and board games and puzzles for rainy days. Many of our guests spend their holiday in Kössen with children.
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.
We cannot provide cots or extra beds. If you would like to bring your own travel cot, please mention it in your enquiry.
The Unterberghorn cable car is 2.7 km away, the children’s ski area 2.8 km and the practice lift 2.9 km. There is a ski storage room in the house for your equipment.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm to midnight – please let us know your arrival time in advance. On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 am.
After our confirmation you pay a deposit of 30%. The balance is paid on arrival. You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The local tourist tax (€3.00 per person aged 15+ per night) is settled on site.
